Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, booking ahead is recommended as spaces are limited and classes often fill up.
Are classes beginner-friendly?
Yes. Our teachers guide all levels and offer modifications so you can practice at your own pace.
What type of yoga do you offer?
We offer a range of styles, including Vinyasa Yoga (flow-based), Hatha Yoga (foundational postures), Yin Yoga (deep stretches and relaxation), and Yoga Nidra (guided meditation for rest and reset).
What should I bring to class?
Just comfortable clothing. Mats and props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat or water bottle.
Can I attend without a membership?
Yes. You can book a single class or a package – whatever works best for you.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes, we offer one-to-one sessions in yoga, reiki, sound healing, and other therapies. These can be booked separately through our team.
